My name’s Bailey and I’m a Eugene/Portland based freelance film photographer.
I am very passionate about the communal and collaborative aspect of creating, and strive to make art that examines the depth of our individual, uncompromising uniqueness, along with the shared experiences that connect us. I draw heavy influence from avant-garde cinema, feminist theory, the cathartic elements of live music, and the interwoven relationships between them all.
Some of my professional experience outside of freelancing includes but is not limited to working for Lifetouch as a yearbook photographer, and working at Mike’s Camera in Sacramento, CA as a photo lab technician and retouch/restoration/color grading technician. I also have put my work on physical display in several art shows such as a group show at Portal Tea Co. in Eugene, OR in August 2023, a solo exhibition at Oakland Secret in Oakland, CA in November 2022, “Second Sight,” a group show at The New Zone Gallery in Eugene, OR in February 2022, and First Friday Art Walk at Milka Coffee in Sacramento, CA in October 2019 to name a few!
